H.R. 1945 - Berta Cáceres Human Rights in Honduras Act

This legislation would suspend United States security assistance with Honduras unless and until the Honduran government investigates the credible allegations of gross violations of human rights by their security forces and ensures that any perpetrators of such violations are brought to justice. The bill also calls for the U.S. government to vote against any future loans from multilateral development banks to Honduran security forces.
